Buzzer piece is a sheet piezoelectric ceramic sound element, suitable for thin and small electronic and electrical products, such as: electronic watches, electronic thermometers, calculators, music greeting cards, remote control electrical appliances and various electronic products sound, warning ring, can also be used as a voice sensor of voice-activated electronic products.
Piezoelectric ceramic buzzer is divided into ordinary type (thickness 0.4 mm), thin type (thickness 0.2 mm), ultra-thin type (thickness less than 0.1 mm) according to different thickness frequency;
Buzzer film according to different shapes can be divided into: round, eccentric, square, ring, double-sided shape, feedback shape and other special-shaped products. It can meet the requirements of different frequencies of 500HZ-20KHZ, and can develop a 3mm thick card loudspeaker.
The main structure of buzzer plate is to paste piezoelectric ceramic sound plate on copper plate, steel plate and iron plate substrate. Any form of product can be developed according to user requirements.
